Meet Dr. Bethany Armendariz

Dentist in Surprise, AZ

Dr. Bethany Armendariz is from Southern California. She went to the University of San Diego where she received her bachelor degree in Biology. She then attended dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. After graduation she moved back to California where she practiced for a year and a half. At the end of 2020, she and her husband were overjoyed to welcome their son into the world. It was at that point that they decided to move their family back to the Phoenix area that they missed so much.

Dr. Armendariz has always had a love for science and a passion for helping people. She entered the dental field because it was the perfect combination of the two. Her favorite aspect about dentistry is that people can come in with a problem or in pain and you can pretty immediately fix their problem or at the very least, greatly improve their situation. It is always Dr. Armendariz’s goal to make her patients feel as comfortable in the dental chair as possible. She treats each of her patients with compassion and makes it her goal to always treat others how she would want to be treated. Dr. Armendariz will always work with her patients to come up with the best treatment plan for them, while keeping the patients’ goals in mind and always prioritizing their oral health.

Dr. Armendariz loves spending her free time with her husband and their 2 year old son. As a family, they love to travel and have been all over the country together. While at home and when visiting new places, Dr. Armendariz is always looking forward to trying out new restaurants. Her favorite foods are pizza and any kind of Mexican food. She is excited to join the Surprise Smiles Family Dental team and serve the local community with kindness and compassion.
